Pregnacy

Ok so i have a question i work as a caregiver and im in my first trimester is it ok to lift around 160lb..well at times it gets a bit hard for me s i put all my strenght in lifting..ok thanks!

joy is right my dr. told me nothing more than 20-25lbs. Your gonna need to have someone help you or get another caregiver to take up the job so you can transfer to someone who needs a little less caring for.

I did IHSS (In home support services?) for my grandmother for about 7 mo. and it got to the point where I had to lift her, but she was barely 110lbs. I'm now pg. 2 1/2mo. And haven't been caring for her (other family stepped in to help) for the last 8mo.

You're not supposed to lift more than 15-20 lbs.
