I agree. Definitely use an ovulation tracker. Also make sure you're only having sex every other day during the week you expect to ovulate. More often reduces the sperm count. Start a few days before expected ovulation and continue at least once after.

The tracker really helped me. There are tons online or your doctor can give you one too. Has your doctor given you an idea of what's wrong?

Been trying on and off at least everyother day for a few years. I take a prenatle vatamin everyday.. Sence I had a misscarage because have any prenatle care in time, and so I know I can. I have regular cycles .. I just dont have a set day .. its any time of the month, and or I get two in one month... So I dont know.. I guess I can keep a chart if that really helps.

Try using the ovulation tracker on this site. It really helps to learn your body and to figure out when you are ovulating. Ovulation predictor kits are a good tool as well. When we were trying I would stay in bed for at least 30 min after to try and keep the sperm in. Ha, kinda funny I know, but true :)

Make sure you are also taking folic acid. How long have you been trying?

Unless you're having sex when you ovulate you won't get pregnant. How long have you been trying for? Do you use OPKs or chart your BBT? Are your cycles regular or irregular.
