Pregnancy Confusion

Hey,
I am Anshu and i have some confusion regarding my current situations. I have missed my periods from 2 months starting august. I have pregnancy symptoms but negative pregnancy results. I am very worried what is going on with me as it never happened before. I never missed my period like this. I am taking thyroid pills anyway.
Any helpful suggestions please?

yes i had negative test result from doc too.

Had your doctor done a blood test to make sure you aren't pregnant? For some ladies at home tests don't pick up their hormones so a blood test is needed.
