Constipation

i genuinely don't think I can handle this constipation anymore, going to the toilet hurts so bad and having piles on top of that does not help. Any straight forward tips on being able to go easier ladies?

Get some fiber one bars! I have that problem even before pregnancy and fiber one bars are like magic for me.

You can ask your doctor for stool softeners. There are some prenatal vitamins that come with a stool softener. The vitamins I take have it, & it works. I'd talk to your doctor.

Stool softener! And drink decaf coffee/tea, that should help some. Fresh orange juice is good, also prune juice. Make sure to keep hydrated, eat fibre.

I've noticed the more milk I drink the more I go. Try eating more fruits and foods high in fiber, fiber bars, water, fiber mixes, just don't over do it or you won't leave the toilet for awhile lol
