Pregnancy complications

Hi,

I am 9 weeks pregnant now. I was consuming Thyronorm 50 mcg before i was pregnant and once it was confirmed my doc advised to increase it to 100 mcg. After taking the 100 mcg thronorm i could notice spotting in light brown now and then. Doc advised to do a scan around 7 weeks and it was found that the baby wa fine. Hence my doc advised that the light brown discharge could be due to hormonal imbalance. Hence i was asked to take injections for 4 weeks for Susten.
As such things were going fine. But once the 1 week duration of the injection gets over the splotting agin comes. So i was asked take the injections for 4 weeks.
In between last week i was down with fever of range from 99.6 - 100C. Just had paracetamol tablets and was fine in 2 days. However, not sure if there would be any impacts to the baby considering this fever and the spotting i am having.

Can you please advice if i need to continue or think of an abortion.
As such i am very much confused and worried and would need a very expert advice to make a decision.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. Till now i did get one ultra sound done. and it was fine. But fever came later only. Nways doc advised to take the next ultra sound scan at 12 weeks, so i am just waiting. But also too worried if somehtign would go wrong. As heard that few anomalies wont be detected through ultra sound. So not sure how to go ahead.

As per my doc the hormonal imbalance is there and only by 3 months the placenta can provide the hormones. Til then i might need to get progestone support. Have anyone had similar situation?

If i were you, i would try to talk to your doctor about the possibility that your little one mau have been affected by this. I'd ask to get a ultrasound to make sure that the baby is developing correctly. You will not know if there is anything wrong until then, i would continue with the pregnancy and go from there and unless an abortion is a good option i would steer away from it.
