Pregnancy postpartum prior to having a period.

On May 23, 2008, I had a C-Section to deliver our son. He was stillborn. My pregnancy and our son was normal. His death was completely unexpected. My husband and I are anxious to conceive again. I have not had a period yet, but was wondering if it is possible to get pregnant without having a period?

I'm really sorry for your loss,  I also agree that Joy is correct. The last thing you need is to get pregnant before your scar is properly healed and have your uterus rupture. it can cause death to you and the baby.

Ask your doctor, and you'll probably be told anywhere from 3-6months. Good luck

I am so sorry for your loss. I agree with Joy that you really need to wait for your c-section to heal. I would also ask your doctor as to when it is safe to try agian as to avoid any complications to you or baby. I wish you the Best of Luck.

I am so sorry for your loss!!!

I also want to add that your c-section needs to heal before you become pregnant again because they cut into your uterus. It's going to need time to heal or it will tear open.
