Pregnancy ultrasound result

In my ultrasound result. It says “Placenta is anteriorly located in grade 1 maturity features.”  And “Single Live intrauterine pregnancy in BREECH presentation, equivalent of 22weeks and 2 days composite age of gestation”
Does this 2 sentence are good or bad?? What does it mean in my pregnancy?

Hi!  Congratulations on your pregnancy.  How far along are you?  So, first part of your question would all indicate normal. Maturity grading usually correlates with how far along you are.  Grade 1 maturity usually means that you are 18 to 29 weeks along.  Are you in that range?  Anterior placenta just indicates where your baby imbedded in your womb which was on the side that is toward the front.  This is not abnormal or a problem and half of new moms have babies with an anterior position.  Single intrauterine pregnancy?  Guess what?  That's doctor code for normal healthy pregnancy with one growing fetus!  Breech means as you probably suspect, that baby is currently feet first which is not a problem in the second trimester.

So overall, sounds like a good report from your doctor and all is well!  Yay!!

That’s really helpful. Thankyou so much. I’m 22weeks pregnant, haven’t known the gender yet.. I wish I could know it soon.
Ah, that makes perfect sense for what the results say!  You are right on target.  Was baby hiding the genitals when you had your ultrasound?  I could have found out at 20 weeks but chose not to as we wanted a surprise.  But I'd think any ultrasound you have from here on out if you have any more scheduled you should be able to see!  Excited for you!!
First i took ct scan, the women told me its a baby girl. And when i took ultrasound result in the next day, different women, told me no gender yet. Haven’t talk to my ob gyne yet, coz my schedule is on Feb 11..
