Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums. We appreciate your question and hope we can help you.  Any time you have a test, your doctor should make the time to answer your questions.  If you didn't get your questions answered, we encourage you to call the physician you see to follow up for answers.  In reading your question, I'm a little confused. You have had an ultrasound and are unsure of the reading?  Can you tell us more?  Here is a general overview for our members on ultrasounds. https://www.webmd.com/baby/ultrasound#1

Are you trying to determine if you are pregnant with a low Beta HCG number of less than 2?  That is indeed a very low number.  That generally does not indicate pregnancy.  Have you had a positive pregnancy test?

We are here to try to help and hope you return to clarify.
