Pregnant symptoms? or just in my head?!

Hi everyone :)
well i've been having pregnancy symptoms, i'm 21 y/o and started spotting on the 5 jan, same day very painful cramps. 6th jan light to moderate flow of blood like a period. from the 7th until the 10th just spotting, bright red then brown (i never have gotten brown spotting on red that day i get my period and my bleeding lasts for 5 days exactly on and off for those 5 days.) from the 5th however still have cramps here and there. sometimes get dizzy when i get up from bed, couch or the floor, have a bit of nausea, right boob gets a bit sore like tingling or sunburn pain (haven't gotten sunburnt anywhere btw, and my boobs have never been irritated or sore ever!) and a few times a day both boobs get itchy even without a bra. use to love boiled eggs mashed with mayo but i can't stand the smell of it now, you could say that i can smell more now from a distance away. i'm also usually tired for the past three night had 12 hours sleep got up still very tired. had trouble going for a number two for nearly a week :/ so that could be causing the abdominal pains, tiredness and cramps/bloating. i do also have a loss of appitie like i feel like im starving, buy me a cheeseburger from mcdonalds and after i ate that i'm completely full. i do want children but not right now, but would be happy if i was! however i think i'm just imagining it :/ lol got tested for STD's, Cancer, PID and PCOS they all came back clean! i took two pregnancy tests both came out negative. It's been exactly one month since the last time i had sex. last period was from the 3 - 6 decemeber and my cycle is 43-45 days. so i'll be expencting my period either tmrw, friday or saturday. do you think i should take another test a week after the 17th? or anyone know what i should do? i think it's two things ovulation bleeding ( which again have never gotten that ever) or overian cyst (i'm new to that subject, due to heavy research on the net). any ideas??????

If it's my period then it's really weird bleeding for one full day when that never happens to me or the spotting.

I think it's just ur period. Periods make ur boobs sore and also sometimes make u crave or dislike certain foods and if it cycled are 43 to 45 days apart u don't ovulate normally so it's a even smaller chandmce that u are pregnant.

But they said if I get pregnant it should clear up I'm pregnant 6 weeks

I have cysts but I'm 2 weeks late and having the same symptoms but tested negative

Doesn't sound like a cyst..I had my ovary removed due to a cyst, the symptoms I had were back pain (not constant) like a kidney infection, sometimes so bad I would vomit.  My stomach did swell but the cyst was large...i don't really recall any other symptoms but I was very athletic and may have mistaken them for something else.it does sound more like pregnancy symptoms to me.
