Do you see a doctor? I had mine prescribed, I just felt better knowing my doctor was picking one he thought was best, otherwise, they are very much the same, if you compare the backs you'll see which ones have the best, and most amount of vitamins! I used vitafushion prenatals while we were TTC!
I take the rainbow light pre-natal and because they don't have DHA, I take a purified fish oil with it as well. They are the best vitamin because they are not synthetic, they are food based. Our bodies can not break down what is in synthetic vitamins and most are synthetic. Hope this helps.
I take the prenatel gummies from walmart the only thing they dont have is iron. I just make sure I eat alot of iron each day
With my daughter my doctor prescribed them but for the life of me I can't remember what they were called. It was a prenatal and a dha pill I took each morning. I think they were citranatal?
I take one a day prenatels it is two differant pills a day and there like 14.00 a box...that is what my pharmacist told me was the best over the counter prescription is best but is expensive through my insurance.
I take vitafusion gummies as well it was very hard to swallow the pills.
I was taking Nature Made prenatals but I got so constipated that my Dr told me to stop taking them and just take 1,000 mg of Folic Acid.
Every pill my ob perscribed was HUGE and I have a problem taking pills neway its like they have to be tiny for me to take ne pill so I found it easier to just get the gummies
I took target brand gummies, they don't have iron though
