Luckily I haven't had any nausea yet but Im not too far along so who knows maybe I will. I hope I have fun like you did. Thanks :)
I started after my first trimester ended, but mainly because the nausea and fatigue wouldn't let me do downward facing dogs (lol). Loved it though, so have fun.
Thanks for explanation :) hopefully I'll learn how to figure it out :)
you can do pelvic floor workouts anywhere, its the muscles that you use to stop yourself weeing once you have started, you can do this a couple of times so you get to know how it feels, but once you know it should be done on an empty bladder, to satrt just do a few rounds ie 5x5 lots of quick excercises, then do another 5x5 slow excercises, by quick, I mean pulling them up quickly and by slow I mean slowly pulling them up until it feels like you can t get them up anymore and then hold, and then slowly release, its like any muscle and they will get tired so just start off small then work your way up to do around 100 per day I think it is, you can do them while driving, watching tv, anywhere :)
Does prenatal yoga do pelvic exercises cause I dont know how to do them. That would be so cool if I could do yoga with my baby :)
it will help with your core strenght muscles at the very least :) you can do your pelvic floor muscles by yourself, I dont know if your yoga offers it with baby in tow but some post natal excercise classes involve baby into them usually from about 6 wks of age :)
Do you think that would help later on with labor by strengthening my pelvic muscles? I hope so :) you can do yoga with your baby?
