Ive bought preggo pops on amazon. And Ritz crackers are easier for me to keep down than saltines because they seems to have a little more moisture and i had to chug water to combat the salt in the saltines. Im 10 weeks and symptoms seem to be lessening

Crackers toast plain cereal and oatmeal. Eat small portions make sure to take a prenatal vitamin and lots and lots of water. Gingerale  or ginger tea may help too.
