aunt and niece due at same time!!!

In an earlier post I was ranting about my niece being due right after me! They went today and heard the heart beat and they messured her! She is 30 weeks. I will be 28 weeks tomorrow! I am over the shock of her being preggers! Dang hormones! Sorry all! Now I am worried about her and the baby due to they can't find a ob doc to take her due to her being so far along! She has had no prenatal care for any visits! I am really hopeing they will both be ok! I know she is scared but thankfully her mom is a RN and her dad is disabled so they will have help! Also she is anemic and they are worried she has gd. On a better note I have finally started to gain weight and now we are messuring 29 weeks. Its gonna be a blast to have 2 babies at once! Am so happy! Thanks everyone you all have helped me through so much. The cs for our baby boy will either be feb 1st for 4th. Can't wait!

I would definitely choose the doctor over a teaching hospital, or a health department, at least they specialize in that stuff!

No she just didn't know! She said she never thought she might be due to she thought she was still having her cycle only shorter and not as heavy! There is one doc that will see her but she don't want to use him due to the hospital she would deliver at and other people she has talked to. I told her and her mom she might not have a choice. Either use him or stick with the health department! And deliver at a teaching hospital were u have a bunch of students in and out all the time!

Wow, did she find out late that she was pregnant, or did she choose to not get prenatal care? I can't imagine every doctor/midwife would turn her away, but she should definitely keep looking, I hope she finds a doctor soon, and glad you are feeling better! :)
