I am scared to death to go into labor but I am so ready for my son to come I I only got 20 days I'm so anxious
Just listen to your body. Yes its painful, but I found recovery process more painful gha than labor. Good.luck!
It's painful but just relax and don't fight your contractions and it won't be that bad. I had a med free labor and the contractions don't get real bad until it's almost time to push. Pushing the baby out burns but it goes by fast, at least for me it did lol good luck you'll be fine:)
Not gonna lie contractions are very painful but pushing isn't so bad just feels like you have to poop lol . If you get the epidural it won't be as painful.
