Right rib pain

Anyone have advice on how to deal with rib pain/discomfort? It feels like her foot or leg is up there and it just keeps getting worse.

No need to rush to your dr, rib pain is way normal. Mine comes and goes depending where she is. Its pinching nerves. It hurts to breathe, bend, move. But what I always do is either take a warm bath (obviously not hot) or lay down without a shirt or bra and kind if rub that area. I also bought a bra with no wire. Its perfect for those days. But the pain never actually goes away, there's only really ways to ease it.

Try lifting your arms over your head while laying on your back. I saw many women doing it when the baby's feet or arms were pushing on their ribs.
