You are allowed to continue to do whatever you did before being pregnant as long as you don't over work yourself .....if you ran before then I would run ...if anything exercise is good ....just don't over do it :)
Running is fine! As long as you know your limits, if you didn't run a lot before pregnancy be cautious for this isn't a time to begin. But it is 100% fine until told otherwise, & as long as yoh feel comfortable. Just listen to your body, if you get tired or sore, then stop(:
running can be dangerous while pregnant just for.the simple fact that you could fall and really hurt yourself
Ok thanks guys! I wasn't sure if it would hurt the baby or not
My doc said if you were a regular runner and inshape before pregnancy, that jogging is ok specifically on a tredmil. Just don't go to hard or long and if you feel any discomfort to stop imidiatly. I am 19 weeks also and have been jogging in my tredmil my entire pregnancy. Until I really start gaining wait and less balance in a few weeks, I will continue to do so.
You should ask your Dr and see what they think. Maybe do some serious power walking
I thnk jus walking is better than running, it might make u too tired n cause problems :/
Im not qukte sure but I never did cuz I was always afraid of falling
I'm 32weeks, I raced my little cousin from the end of the driveway to the door the other day, and it kinda hurt my stomach for a minute or two after. So I couldn't see running more than that. But maybe it depends how far along you are
