Girl I'm telling u that u have nothing to worry about. It's just ur ligaments pulling ur pelvic in different positions. They wouldn't be able to do anything anyways. It will go completely back to normal once she's born. I had the exact same thing so I know the pain ur going through, and I know it's tough and it's hard but u can do it ur almost there. Ur already full term ur baby can come any day now. U can do it. Don't be worried, just take these last few days and relax for yourself because pretty soon u will be up every couple of hours to a crying baby. U will b ok♡

Ive did the research if it keep getting bad then I'll have to have a c section because you can't have her vaginally I'm saying my pelvic keeps dislocating and popping back in I'm just worried because my daughter head in down there and I don't want to harm her. I talked to a nurse and she said it shouldn't be doing this continuously. Having my bones dislocate hurts more than anything and then I start cramping. I called my doctor they never answered at all

I had spd and had my baby naturally with no issues. You can go to physio for it.

I didn't do physio or anything. It'll go away eventually after birth.

I couldn't even roll over in bed without it clicking/popping. Hurt a lot. Could barely walk. Even after birth, the joints in the groin area were sore for months. I have to make sure I stretch very good before doing any sports or exercises or else I get super sore after and I'm 10 months postpartum.
