Not sure about crab legs but any fish that is fried and fully cooked is fine, especially if you don't eat it regularly I constantly crave fish and sushi.

Cooked seafood is okay nothing raw like clams or any fish ( due to things they may carry like eating raw eggs you take a chance) swordfish is a big no no and other fish high in mercury. Crab lobster cooked oysters clams shrimp tuna etc are all good for you and high in omega 3 and fatty acids.
