Sex after Delivery
my friend got child last week by normal delivery (not scissorion). After delivery how many days gap we need to take sex? also if scissorion delivery means how many days?
When I had my children my doctor told me to wait a minimum of 6 weeks but if I could wait 8-12 weeks that would be best to let everything (I had a pretty nasty tear downstairs) heal properly and for me to have at least 2 regular cycles.
It's VERY important for a woman's body to heal after child birth. VERY important. Not to mention women are EXTREMELY fertile right after birth.
Just wait it out and let her body do what it has to do before having sex.

Standard time for waiting for her body to fully heal from a normal delivery or a cesarean without any complications is 6 weeks.
