Shaking your belly

So , I always shake my belly or poke my belly to get my baby boy to move if I'm getting too uncomfortable. And the other day , I did that on front of my aunt and she said that I could give my baby SBS .. I thought no that's stupid but is that true ?

My doctor does it when my lil girl isn't cooperating during the ultra sound trying to get her to move n I do it wen she balls up or sleep n I won't her to wake up (her sleeping schedule is off) so I think its fine Hun they are well protected in there lol

My ultrasound tech and doctor does it all the time. Your not really shaking the baby you are pretty much shaking the amniotic fluid and it just gets him/her to move but it isn't going to cause sbs

It's fine! It's like during sex.. your stomach bounces a lot! The baby is very safe in there.

When i was pregnant with my first after that first movements, i was constantly poking and proding my belly. Everyone joked he would come out bruised. I also used to pat his bum whilst he was inside me and sway to get him to sleep, that worked immediately once he arrived. They are safe in there, dont worry.

Lol .. my husband says the same thing .. but I doubt it because my Dr does it at each appointment because my baby girl is stubborn and doesn't cooperate .. my husband complains when me or the Dr does it but doesn't say a thing about all the shaking from sex lol

Honestly I doubt it. He's pretty safe inside you surrounded by the amniotic fluid. If that were the case it seems like sex would have the same effect
