I have a four month old baby , is it normal for her to have a fever after getting three shots

Yup completely normal. My daughter got one with her two month shots but not her 4m ones.

Yes. Give her baby Tylenol and watch her temp to make sure it doesn't get too high.

Yes it happens you can give her baby Tylenol. Her pediatrician should have told you that.
