Should I be worried?

I am currently 38 weeks 2 days and have a scheduled c section on wed(I will be 39 weeks 1 day.) I have been measuring a little behind and again today at my appointment where I measured 36 weeks. My doctor doesn't seem concerned at all and said I dropped. With my first baby he was measuring ahead and was said to be almost 11 pounds (but ended up being 8 pounds 8 ounces.)
My prepregnancy weight was 125 and I am now 148.. Putting me at a weight gain of 23 pounds.

Should I be worried about her growth??

That's the same thing they have been saying to me!!! For the longest I was measuring 3 weeks ahead and he just kept saying I was having a big baby... now im measuring small like 3 weeks as well and he says o we'll the baby dropping but when he checked me he says baby still high up?!?!?! Wtf?? He's contradicting himself and he so hard ti talk to becuz he is asian and has a very strong accent.

That's what I thought too! He just keeps saying all is ok! He does have a mini hand held ultrasound machine and checks her at each appointment. He said fluid looked ok, but it's not a "real" ultrasound machine. I'm worried.

I'd think if you were measuring that far off they would send you for another ultrasound to make sure theres enough fluid and double check baby. I was measuring 4 weeks ahead for awhile and thats what they told me when they sent me

No you shouldn't worry. The doctor's estimate means absolutely nothing! I asked my ultrasound tech if she could tell how big my baby was and she said my guess was as good as any doctors. As you have already experienced, they were like 3 pounds off. So don't stress
