I havent had morning sickness or nausea since i was about 11 week and i will be 5 months tomorrow...has this happened to anyone else or knows what i should do?? Cause it was a little scary!!

My doctor told me to take cool/warm showers so my body or the baby wouldnt go into shock like it does when its hot water. I ate breakfast this morning and i drink water through out the day. Its never hhappened to me before just this time so i hope it was just a one time deal and if not thankfully i go to the doctor on Sept. 2. I goggled it early and the only thing that i got was what other women experienced and that they all had to be put on zofran for it. Which i dont want to take any meds.

That happens to me when the water is too hot and the steam takes over the bathroom and I can't breathe through it.

Did you eat and drink water today ? That usually happens to me when I'm outside and didn't drink a lot of water

It happens me a few times I think its from hot water and stepping into the cold but I'm not sure.
