Signs of early labor

I'm really starting to worry that I might go into premature labor.
I've had problems with bleeding throughout pregnancy due to the placenta being in the wrong place. Luckily my scan at 28 weeks showed it had moved and baby was already in the birthing position and laying rather low.

However, the past couple weeks I have had bad lower back pain and a dull period like pain in my abdomen (alongside Braxton Hicks)!

I also had a bit of a runny tummy... but don't know if that's due to the Sekot I had yesterday evening.

What doesn't help... is my mother keeps telling me that I've 'dropped' and am going to have an early baby... She had 3 between 30-34 weeks, so she's worried there might be some sort of genetic thing.. (I'm 31 weeks)

I am a first time Mummy and very stressed! I know baby is fine because I keep getting a little foot pop out of my belly every few minutes! Haha

With my daughter I was bleeding the first and 2nd trimester. Drs didn't know why.
I went into labor at around 30weeks with her, they stopped my labor but every week I had to be monitored on a machine to watch my contractions.. I made it to 39weeks .
But my belly didn't drop? I still felt movement. The only thing was my back was hurting. I had back labor so I guess my back hurting was back contractions?
I was told to take it easy and lounge around cause to much activity would set me in labor again.
All I can say is be lazy lol , wish you the best (;

I'm sorry you are having a difficult time.  It's early to go into labor for sure.  When is your next doctor's visit?  My doctor's office had a physician on call at all times to answer questions and they were never irritated when I called to inquire about things.  Most likely you are fine but if you are worried or anything changes and gets more significant  --  please touch base with your doctor.  take it easy and hang in there.
