Hi this is my first baby, im 19w4d and i have been cramping for the past few day is this normal?

Plz call your Dr. I have cramps when I was 20 weeks they felt like menstral cramps and like consitipation cramps with back pain. So I didn't think much of it. But they got worse and went to the hospital. It was to late and I lost my baby boy. So plz go to the Dr or hospital. I hope everything is ok. May God bless you and your little baby.

You may be dehydrated or have a uti.  Up your water intake if that helps you know it was dehydration. (Poor hydration will cause cramping and can make u contract) If the cramps continue it may be a uti or possibly preterm labor both which require a call to your ob.  They may want you to come in.  Good luck.
