Slightly irritated, always sore. help?

Okay second time mom here, and I do not remember having all this pain this early in pregnancy! I'm 17+3 right now and I get zero sleep at night I swear! I recently got a body pillow which has helped a lot, was just wondering if anyone had any other tips that helped them sleep.
And also my little one seems to be so inactive,  I know it's still early but this is my second child, even my doctor said I should be feeling some decent movement now :c any comments on that?

I didn't feel any movement until about week 20, so I wouldn't worry about that. Every pregnancy is different.
As far as sleeping goes, try exercising or going for walks. That has helped me a lot.
