Slowly leaking?

I feel like my undies are constantly wet, it smells a bit funny as well, I can't really describe what it smells like. I change my undies like 3 times a day and they are always wet, not dripping or anything. Could it be my waters leaking or just increased discharge or more embarrassing me just peeing myself?

Mine slowly leaked like that at 33 weeks and I ended up loosing my baby bc infection got in the fluid and into the baby's lungs I would go in just to be checked out and be safe good luck

Your water can leak slowly id call and get your dr opinion

Its more than likely increased discharge. If its too much, i would suggest wearing a panty liner. They help so much!
