Hi!  Congratulations on the pregnancy!!  That's always exciting.  How are you feeling?  Discharge is one of those things that can be all over the place. Hormones shift and our discharge changes.  If it doesn't itch or doesn't smell bad, it is likely fine. I would not get too concerned about discharge changes unless one of these is happening.  The colors begin to change further along in pregnancy.  Now, if it is brown, it has old blood in it and that is common at times like after sex.  Pink discharge is fresh blood.  That should be monitored.  Otherwise, I had some strange colored and looking discharge during pregnancy!  Milky white discharge is very normal, common and is called leukorrhea. It does have a mild odor.  So, you seem to be having something very normal and nothing to worry about.  https://www.healthline.com/health/pregnancy/vaginal-discharge-during-pregnancy#1

But the rash.  Hm.  That you need to call your doctor about now.  Don't wait.  You could have Pruritic Urticarial Papules and Plaques of Pregnancy (PUPPP). Don't be too worried though as it is usually benign or harmless.  Just major annoying!  Ask your doctor but you can try an oatmeal bath to help or try coconut oil.  Try not to scratch.

Again, congrats and hope you feel great!
