So much on my mind

So last week we learned that our sons heart has a valve that is too small and could require immediate heart surgery so scary!! And I have to go to the hospital tues for an u/s with an echo...Wednesday I meet with the pediatric cardiologist to learn for sure what will need to happen. One of my drs told me that a c section may b necessary to avoid any stress on his heart but I met with a different doctor and she tells me no it probably will be fine...the way I'm looking at it is this I'd almost rather schedule the c section to avoid an emergency c section and get myself stressed out b cuz what if the day of I go in labor my sons heart rate falls or goes to low I will lose it!! I'm trying to remain calm I learn the fate of everything Wednesday it just is so heavy on my heart right now...    :-( I have to get a Non stress test each week til my son is born its actually a test for him just never heard of it. 27 days until my due date unless the cardiologist recommends a c section then it could be a lot sooner!! Woo Sahhh

I am so sorry to hear this:'( Sending prayers to you and your little one. Try not to lose hope, that's the scariest thing to hear so I know its hard to not worry but worrying isn't good for you or the baby try to stay positive and hope for the best!! <3

During my first pregnancy doctors told me the same thing about my daughters hear went in a month later for another ultrasound and it corrected its self. However her hear rate dropped 2x during labor because the umbilical cord was around her neck.  Scariest moment of my life but luckily i was ready to push so i didn't have to get a emergency c-section

Its OK. Take a second and breath. My husbands sister was born naturally and has had three surgery since birth. She is now five! And bubbly and beautiful you would never have any idea she has a faulty heart!


I just want you to have a little hope. Prayers and lots of hope momma..

Woo saah is right. Just breathe! Nothing comes good out of thinking to much. Just pray for the best and try to not think about the bad. Good luck momma! So sorry you're going through this.
