So stressed!!!

Ok so I have a hold on an apartment so they can't rent it to someone else. It was supposed to be available June 8th to move in and now it's not available until like July 8th and I'm due June 30th! I am living with my grandma and she said we have to have out place before the baby comes. So I've been looking for somewhere that does month to month leases and I haven't had any luck. I know she wouldn't actually put us out on the street but I don't want to live here with here if she's even threatening!!!! Idk what to do should I look for another apartment all together??

How sure are you that it will be available when they say?  Are you locked in to take the apartment?  If you know for sure they won't change the date again, and especially if you can't break the lease you have already signed or something like that, you can go to one of those Suites type of hotels for a week or two if that is all it will really be.  But it seems like if you are that locked in by a lease, the landlord is also locked in to provide you a place to live on the date promised, if that is what he promised.  So I would start with him.
