Sons father not claiming him
im 7 months regnant and my ex boyfriend basically denied my son to this giel he doesnt know im so mad how do u occupy yourself from texting /talking to him like im blowing his phone up and i need to leave him alone :/ but im emotional . Any advice?
Call a friend, or close family member, and let them know you need help keeping yourself occupied from the situation. Take a girls day, and go do something nice for yourself, even if it's as simple as getting the food you've been craving, or splurging a little on a cute shirt you've been eyeing. Whatever it takes to keep your mind off of it. Whenever I'm stressed, I like to go on pinterest and find some easy diy projects that I can do at home to keep my mind busy. If you have a hobby, start doing it a lot. Anything that keeps your attention on a positive instead of the negative. Good luck momma! You can do this! (:
