Speed up Labour?
What natural ways are there to help the process along? I've lost my plug and she's dropped a little, just want to help her out a bit haha. I'm willing to try anything but castor oil. Thanks :)
Okay thanks ladies, we've been trying sex but not walking so will try that next, also I will defo try sitting on the edge of a chair :)
Try sitting on a yoga ball or a edge of a chair and have ur legs spread apart and roll ur hips different ways slowly for and hour a two for a while or somthing it helps them lower down more and help ur cervix open up more
