Spicy Food

I love hot chips but my baby father would not let me eat them because he scared it might harm the baby. I only eat hot chips like one bag a week. He only doing that cause his sister had a miscarriage from spicy food 2 years ago.

You eating hot foods will not harm the baby . It may give you a little heart burn , but it won't affect the baby. & i've never heard of anyone having an miscarriage because of hot foods.

I agree with @my2lovebugs. From time to time I eat the hottest corn chips big bag 2-3days back to back, & I'm fine. 31weeks just a little heart burn though.

I'm constantly eating spicy food! I did before I was pregnant too, luckily I haven't gotten heartburn at all, my dr said it's fine to eat spicy foods and she said sometimes women who loved spicy food before they were pregnant don't get much heartburn from it when they are pregnant

I eat really spicy food all the time.  And my baby is perfectly fine.  I'm almost 33 weeks and literally my whole pregnancy I've ate spicy food. It won't harm the baby, all you get is heart burn but i hardly even got that.
