Spotting a week before period due, now late for my period.

I dont understand this i was spotting some brown/pinkish discharge for 4 days i thought it was my period but very light but it was only when i wiped and i only had small amounta on my underwear.
That was last week, i am now due on my period but there are no signs that i am coming on.
Could this mean i am pregnant or is it too early to tell?

I am normally like clockwork with my period and i have never had spotting before.
Could someone help me please?

Yes i am TTC, and i am 19 years old.

Thanks,
Vickii

Thanks for that!
Im just really anxious as i have suffered a chemical miscarriage before and it really made us both upset.

I have been told it could be implantation bleeding so hopefully i could be that fingers crossed!

Has anyone had spotting before their period and ended pregnant as i would like to hear from you!

Id go to the doctor asap or even tomorrow take a test to be sure but im sure the doc can do a test for you too. Its a possibility if your sexually active that ur pregnant but its not uncommon to miss a period or have a lighter period than normal. But do take a test if ur anxious.
Best advise would be see you doctor
