Stinky neck.

My babe is almost 3 weeks old. I'm exclusively breastfeeding and I heard when milk drips down when they eat, and gets in their little neck it smells. And it's true! I bathe her every other night and clean her neck with wipes, but it doesn't seem to help much. Any advise?

Clotrimizole cream it's a yeast infection

Yeah, I tried that, but she is so small there still a little big so I put a burp rag under her neck. I will try those things. Thank u ladies

Try rubbing her neck with some lotion before she eats. It kinda acts as a film and helps the milk not to collect. Have you tried putting a bib on baby?
