Any body no of any stretch mark remedies?, ive used Palmers from I was 8 weeks to try and ensure I wouldnt get any but im now 30 weeks and my tummy looks hideous!! Also use baby oil from time to time

Its in your genes.. if your mother got them, most likely you will too.
You can get rid of them though.
Vita k stretchmark removal works wonders.
My sister was so huge and her stomach got so messed up..
She uses the vita k and she's pretty much back to how she looked pre pregnancy.

I've only had one baby so far and am pregnant with second! I did everything I felt was appropriate to not get stretch marks and throughout my pregnancy was good up until the last 2 weeks! I couldn't believe it, I was so mad. I used the palmer's cocoa butter, various oils and shea butter. Good luck to you. In the end, those are my war wounds!

i had two babies and no stretch marks. I used oil, i believe cocoa butter does not work. More like shea butter does..! Use oil like almond oil, and be consistant. You may get some but you can prevent them from being really bad!

Your tummy is like a balloon.. blow it up, let the air out and that balloon will never look like it used to, no matter what you do. Moisturizing helps but those marks wont ever go away. When you are no longer pregnant, those marks will not look so bad. Its just something you'll have to live with after having babies.

There is really nothing you can do to prevent them. Its a 50/50 chance you  will get them or  you wont. The only way to completely get rid of them is to have laser removal. But in time they will deminish into these little silvery lines. But for at least the next year they are going to be purple. But look at the bright side...I have 4 kids and the only time I got stretch marks was with my first son and never got anymore:-)
