Idk the answer to that but I've eaten there prolly like four times during my pregnancy and everything is fine wit my daughter. She's real healthy. I just always made sure my subs were toasted.
That's actually how I found out I was pregnant cuz I went to subway and got a 12" combo meal ate all of it and was still like starving normally I can only eat a 6" sub lol so I was like maybe I should try and see if I'm pregnant cuz I've never been so hungry like tht before and sure enough I was haha.

I stay away from subway because the meat and salad is sitting in the containers all day & you have to make sure that all the meat you eat is cooked fresh and the salad is washed properly and not sitting out collecting bacteria it's best just to make a salad roll at home

I stay away from subway. My dr considers it bad because where I'm at the sandwich toppings are out on display all day open to bacteria. If I get takeaway I usually get a freshly made vegie stir fry dish that's made to order.
