I haven't had tuna for 3 months.. I pray over my food everytime... so im getting my tuna lol

My doctor told me tuna was fine just eat it like once a week

My doc just said take in very small amounts because even though it may not be much at all for us it can be.way to.much for the baby and cause problems. Especially if the prenatal contain fish oil

Their tuna may contain bacteria from sitting there, ive worked at subway and the way they have it sit, just concerns me. Maybe try another sandwich? But if u neeeed the tuna (ik now hoe u feel i want steaksub ahah) try to get it as early in the day as possible

I would crave subway soo much and ate the tuna one but I was still in early pregnancy so I suffered from sickness so now I can't eat tuna anymore :( The thought of it makes me sick. Sometimes subway in general even though I'm not sick anymore

I eat it all the time. .. the only thing my doctor told me to stay away from was raw food
