Not feeling good after bm?

Sorry if this is tmi, but I just had a bm and when I wiped there was bright red blood and so much that when i wiped the front it was evident there too, and mucousy. I'm just thinking its probably hemorrhoid....But im not feeling good at all. I cant really explain it....but I dont feel good, im not lightheaded but something doesnt feel right, I just feel like laying down.

Ok, just wanted to make sure.  Since it was firm it's more than likely a hemerrhoid issue, I get it all the time.  But becuase you arent' sure, it's always better to bring it up to your ob.  Good Luck!

I will call them then. It was firm....the reason I think its from my bottom is because yesterday when I went it was only a little bit of bright red after a bm. This time there was much more...so I'm just assuming (hoping) it came from the same spot as yesterday...just that it was alot more today.

More than likely it's just from a hemerrhoid but like therese said you should probably call L & D especially since you have that feeling of "not well". This may sound gross but was it a loose BM or a firm one?  If it was pretty firm it could have easily opened a hemerroid.  Are you positive it came from your anus and not your vagina?  Since you said it was evident when you wiped the front too it makes me wonder.  Sometimes when you bleed from the vagina it can run back to the anus, but it doesn't usually go the other way around.  Pleaes call  L & D just to be safe.  No sense in taking a chance, better to call and be checked and find out it was nothing significant.

i think you should probably call into labour and delivery and see what they say, it doesnt hurt to check, then you will have a bit of piece of mind. But deff call!
