I'm 32+5 and I have a BIG sweet tooth last night I ate 4 chocolate peanut butter cupcakes ... (which I wish I had more) ...
I use food journal app to keep track of my diet as I am on a special low fat diet for my complications not weight loss, and I found one juice, my breakfast cereal, and a yoghurt puts me just over my daily revommended amount :-(
Sugar is not just in sweets, candy, etc. Carbs play a part in your sugar intake and glucose levels.
