I heard that a lot of vitamin C can cause a miscarriage.. So does that mean should avoid drinks with a lot of vitamin C?? Sunny D has a lot of C..
I have never heard of that. If you consume too much Vitamin C, Normally the side affect is diarrhea. I take 1000IU of Vitamin C a day and I still drink Sunny D. I don't have any of the side effects either.
