Look it's kinda a knee jerk reaction to they way raw fish is poorly handled in the west that people go so hard against eating it when pregnant. But people in Japan and such eat it all the time so here are the rules I've followed and have not had issues with eating raw salmon once a week. Never get take away rolls. Always order it fresh made and don't take from the trains. And of course stick to actual restaurants not lunch nooks and smaller eatery places.
hey :-) i know that sushi is bad when you are pregnant :-) eat cooked meals. it can do a lot of dammage :-)
You have to eat cooked!!! And if you do eat it California and tempura are the only ones and make sure they don't cross contaminate the knives you have to ask for a New one or wash it off!!! You have to be careful
You've gotta be careful with sushi. You can have rolls that have cooked ingredients, like California rolls or tempura. Many sushi places have rolls with cooked salmon etc. But you must absolutely stay away from anything raw! With raw and smoked food you're risking Listeria and other parasites which can be very harmful.
