Perfectly normal.  When I was 16 weeks I felt like I wasn't pregnant at all because I haven't experienced any morning sickness or major changes other than wanting to eat and pee a little more but still that wouldn't be enough to make me feel pregnant.  Once I was 17 weeks I felt flutters and then came 18 weeks and started feeling my daughter kick.  Now going. To be 24 weeks this Tuesday and I feel very pregnant with all her kicks and movements.  Give it some time hun.
