TMI question

I am pregnant with baby #2, and I am assuming I am around 6 weeks.
The last two days I have had slight brown discharge. Which from my research is normal. But I've also had mild cramping.
Everywhere I read says not to panic until the cramps are bad and the discharge is red. But I'm still worried. I am waiting until week 8 to see a doctor. Help ease my mind?

I'm about a week of brown discharge. Sometimes light and sometimes heavy. I'm going to make an appointment after my son's 2nd birthday party next week.

Brown blood is old blood, if that helps. You're most likely fine... just watch for cramps and red blood. Spotting is normal though and you definitely don't need to run into the ER I know our mommy instincts make us worry but unfortunately being so early, they can't do anything even if it was a miscarriage (its part of the reason doctors typically wait for your first visit!)

I'm 9 weeks and I had brown discharge today for the first time. I don't know what to do, I'm scared.
It was only a little bit so I'm not that worried. Hopefully everything is okay for the both of us.

I appreciate the conments. I can't just go to the er because of my toddler... I'm just believing it's implantation bleeding and moving forward

Here's advice on cramps and spotting from MedHelp.org and the I'm Expecting app. You can find this in the app by going to the Pregnancy Diary from the home screen and selecting Cramps and Spotting from the Symptoms menu. Then click the menu bar in the upper left and select Symptoms Manual to see your symptoms.
