TUNA SANDWICH

29 weeks pregnant and fixed myself a tuna sandwich! I just couldn't help myself . I know I'm not the only one that has had a few slips. I know there are women out there that have beautiful, healthy, smart babies that ate tuna during pregnancy.. I just would like to hear stories to make myself feel better eating one.

Last week i had the biggest tuna sandwich craving for two days and i finally caved in. And it was well worth it!! Don't stress about it!

When I was a first time mom, I was following everything by the book and will panic if I accidently ate something that was on the do not eat list but I realize that was causing nothing more than me becoming depress and starving. So I will just continue to eat all of everything that was not recommended for pregnant woman just in moderation. Like sushi, I will eat twice a month and cold cuts sandwiches twice a week. Anything that I ate that did not agree with me, I vomited.

You just have to be careful and just eat in moderation.Tuna sandwich once or twice a week does not sound bad but I will say you will eventually get sick and tired of eating it lol
