Waking up at 3am with really bad heartburn! Seem like nun wrong no more for me.

Tums nor milk work for me no more. I went through 3 box's of Tums and I'm 40+3 pegnant.

Idk if you're doing a completely medicinal free pregnancy but if you're not maybe talk to your doctor about some pepcid or Zantac. Those are the only things that worked for me.

Omg girl these heartburns can make me cry. Their terrible. .btwn I ran out of tums and they usually don't work . No more my heartburn are strong.

I have to sleep with a box of tums next to me. Becuz these heartburns ain't no joke towards the end of pregnancy.

Popsicles are great for heart burn,  at least they were for me
