Tightening stomach?

It's been on and off for the past couple days. I'll be working or just laying down and ill feel my stomach tighten then release then repeat for maybe a minute then it'll happen again later on in the day. It's not painful, but weird. I'm 19weeks today and still get sharp stomach pains but it usually happens when I'm trying to stand up or constantly moving around like at work. Sooo is the pain normal when it happens? and is the tightening normal? Could it just be baby moving? Ftm so still really new to all of it.

My stomach has been doing that since about 15 weeks my Dr told me if there's no pain not to worry bc its just your body preparing for labor. If it hurts Iwould call the dr.

if you have pain with this ..go to er..this can be premnature contraction...i had ths raound 32 weeks nad had to take benazol injection..bt dnt woory..
