Tmi how to make yourself go!

22w preg. And havent been able to go to the bathroom in 2 weeks. :( srry for the tmi my doc told me to try milk of mag. And i took it and didnt help :( do any of you ladies have any tips on making yourself go? Really need help .. soo hungrey and all i wanna do is eat..lol but theres just no room :(

My doc let's me have miralax and it helps me!

Juice works for me. I always have soft stool with it. And it keeps you hydrated. Win win situation right there.

Prunes is the best thing u can do.
Be careful girl, if it doesn't want to come out don't stress your self at the bathroom because I did the same and ended up with several cuts in rectum area :( and they are extremely painful! Good luck and hope you feel better

prunes work as well! drink orange juice that helps altho too much can gove you bad acid (does me anyway) i suffer from constipation too its awful so i no how u feel. Rub you belly as well that will ease the discomfort x

Eat grapes . Lots of grapes . Trust me it will come right out ! .. I sit on the toilet & eat grapes every time I have to poop, works great with constipation.
