Trying to eat healthy!

I'm trying to remain healthy- stay away from fatty goods and greasy things- but the healthy stuff is like grapes (which were my favorite before pregnancy)  strawberries, oranges ect. Just make me nauseous /: -- I'm only 5 going on 6 weeks-- is it normal to have picky eatings so soon and any advice on other was to help the nausea ?

I just learned yesterday that you have to be careful with fruit during pregnancy as well cause your body absorbs the natural sugar faster n makes you put on weight faster...

Ugh! I think I've gain like 2 and a half pounds. But I'm only 5weeks /: I feel that's to much! I was at a normal 130lbs at 5'3 height. I do yoga and try to stay clean but chips, and saltiness , cheese and it just makes my constipation worse. /: I've been doing good by staying away but I have my moments ugh.

It's great that your trying to stay away from fatty or greasy foods but when your so nauseated it's hard to eat right! I think that's why I ate so much breads and pastas during the 1st trimester, it was the only thing I could stomach. I've tried to eat healthier with this pregnancy but apparently it's not working because i'm 22weeks and i've already gained 29lbs :(
