Trying to stay calm!!!

I'm 31 weeks and my placenta is still laying low. Was wondering if anyone else experienced this. By the time of delivery your placenta had moved and you were able to deliver naturally?

At my 20 week scan my placenta was anterior I'm now approaching 31 weeks and it has not shifted or moved I was told as long as it isn't covering my cervix I can deliver vaginally but that normally by the time you deliver it will be posterior this is my second baby and I didn't have this with my first. I was told by a friend to try spinning ️babies exercises
